2. Plan development

This phase can take 6-8 weeks. You will set your goals, assign responsibility, define timeframes, allocate resources and define your measures. Success depends on buy in. Ensure you consult with your staff before taking it to your leadership for signoff. We have created another tool to help you create your first plan.
