This phase can take 6-8 weeks. You will set your goals, assign responsibility, define timeframes, allocate resources and define your measures. Download a draft plan:
Now you’re ready to put things into action! Allow 9-12 months for this phase. Remember to encourage and celebrate success - small wins matter. Monitor progress and share your learnings.
